Erica brings more than 20 years of experience aligning public policy objectives with business priorities, helping clients navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments while building durable relationships with policymakers and key influencers.

Previously, Erica managed public affairs and government relations for Trinity Industries, serving as a registered lobbyist and overseeing federal and state advocacy, the PAC, and economic development programs. Erica holds a B.A. in public relations and strategic marketing from Texas Tech University. She has also earned a certificate in PAC and grassroots management from the Public Affairs Council.
