Dan brings 25 years of experience across public affairs, political technology, and data-driven advocacy. He has held multiple leadership roles within public affairs firms, guiding product direction, client strategy, and the execution of complex advocacy programs.
Dan operates as both a strategic leader and hands-on program architect. He designs and leads stakeholder engagement initiatives that combine data, technology, and real-world execution, spanning large-scale digital advocacy efforts and targeted engagement with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
He applies a strong data and systems mindset to program design, developing audience models that identify influence, prioritize stakeholders, and guide outreach. Using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools, he turns complex datasets into actionable plans that drive coordinated digital campaigns and informed offline engagement, including lobbying support and stakeholder management.
He has extensive experience building and deploying digital engagement platforms and campaigns, ensuring technology, data, and messaging work together to support real-world advocacy outcomes. He has also led privacy and risk management efforts tied to how data is collected, managed, and applied across programs.
He holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.
